Meet The Board

Phillip Dunlap is an artist, musician, and has been a resident of Flagler Village since 2019. He is the Director of the Broward County Cultural Division and works to support the development of arts and culture county-wide. 

Margo is originally from Naples, FL and moved to the Flagler Village neighborhood over 3 years ago after completing her graduate degree from the University of Florida. She works for local developer, Stiles Corporation, as a Development Manager. Margo believes that strengthening the sense of community in our neighborhood will not only allow us to grow in a more positive direction, but will ensure the quality of life for our current residents.

Cristian has an extensive background in real estate working closely with community members and stakeholders in advancing communities forward into the future. 

Shawn is a long time board member and a voice of the community. 

Rich is a resident of the Flagler Village community originally hailing from Philadelphia and with additional roots in Los Angeles. Rich has a long history of volunteering and community involvement from tutoring and coaching inner city youth to volunteering at women's shelters.
