Noah is a community leader and business leader with extensive investments into the Flagler Village community. Noah leads a vertically integrated Investment and Development firm based in Miami, Florida. Bachow Ventures is focused on acquiring and developing a variety of real assets in the South Florida market. Shawn Aric Williams
Transition Lead

Rich DeGirolamo
Treasurer
Rich is a resident of the Flagler Village community originally hailing from Philadelphia and with additional roots in Los Angeles. Max Ortolani also serves on the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Budget Advisory Board. As Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Florida 1st, he brings a strategic perspective to community engagement and is passionate about responsible growth, fiscal stewardship, public safety, and strengthening the Flagler Village neighborhood.
