About Flagler Village

Flagler Village is a 300-acre neighborhood bordered by Sunrise Boulevard south to Broward Boulevard, and Federal Highway west to the railroad tracks.

Once an industrial warehouse district, Flagler Arts and Technology District (FAT Village) and Music & Arts South of Sunrise (MASS District), is now home to dozens of art galleries and studios, which are close to Downtown's business district.

Flagler Village is also adjacent to trendy Las Olas showcasing high-end shopping, all combined with access to a surplus of entertainment, cultural arts, fine dining,  shopping, and recreational opportunities.

Monthly art walks showcase the work of local artists and street muralists, with live music and a vendor fair. Indie shops sell handmade jewelry, upcycled clothing, and fine art, while craft breweries and coffee shops draw 21st-century hipsters.

What we also love about Flagler Village is all of the resident villagers who make our neighborhood a vibrant and thriving place to not only visit but where they warmly call home - Flagler Villagers are truly one-of-a-kind!
